We are a family run Executive Car business established since 1955. Lock & Gallagher specialise in executive airport transfers and executive car travel in London. Lock & Gallagher executive cars are based in Bookham, Surrey.

The backbone of our fleet is the Mercedes S350 LWB. We also have a 8 seater V Class available.

A True Family Business

Lock and Gallagher is a true family business whose mission is to provide outstanding chauffeured transport at a cost effective price. It was formed in 1955 by Eric Lock with support from his brother in law John Gallagher. The business soon exceeded early expectations meaning both John and wife Bet joined the company John driving and Bet doing the administration. However in 1970 Eric Lock left the business to become a bookmaker and with John’s other businesses taking up more of his time he bought in Alf and Doris Webber to oversee and manage the business which they did until their retirement in 1996.

John’s son Lee now the current proprietor joined the company in 1993 however it took the Webbers 3 years to mould the “21 year old worlds best driver” into a chauffeur and effective administrator before allowing them to retire.

Under Lee’s direction the company has tripled in size with its organic growth fuelled only by its excellent reputation and the maintenance of a 5 star service level that does not compromise.
